Returns & Refunds

We strive to make your experience an easy and painless process. Due to the nature of the products being sold please take note of the following returns & refund policy.

  • All sales of digital products in all categories are final.
  • All sales of items in the Limited Edition Artistic Photography Prints category are final.
  • All sales of items in the Collectible Clothing category are final.
  • Sales of the items in the Apparel category are final but with certain exceptions.
    • The item delivered was different from the item ordered.
    • The item was confirmed, by the shipper, to have been lost.
  • If the item sold in the Apparel category meets the criteria stated above, the customer would have to contact us at support@evieofficial.com or the contact page on the website within 14 days.
  • Evie Official will provide a replacement for the apparel item at no cost to the customer when the item meets the above stated exceptions and the customer has contacted us.
  • For any item that is returned by the shipper as undeliverable (i.e. wrong address or any other reason given by the shipper), Evie Official will attempt to re-ship the item at no extra cost to the customer. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us at support@evieofficial.com or the contact page, to inform us of the undeliverable item & the customer must correct the issue which caused the item to be undeliverable. (i.e. Send us a correct address) If the item is returned as undeliverable a second time, the order will be considered completed, the item will not be re-shipped, and the customer would need to place a new order to receive the merchandise.

Cancellations

  • As mentioned in the above Returns & Refunds policy, all sales are final with the noted exceptions, therefore cancellations will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and ensure the appropriate items are in their cart before completing their order.
